Ingersoll Rand accepts returns of unopened and unused products within 30 business days of shipment for select parts, subject to approval and restocking fees at our sole discretion. Please verify your building’s available voltage before purchasing a compressor. Confirming voltage is a vital step for a successful installation. The following are potential risks if you do not verify voltage:

  • The compressor will be unable to operate safely

  • The breaker could trip and the compressor will be unable to operate

  • The motor could experience premature failure


Please have a certified electrician check your building voltage if you are unsure. Remember Ingersoll Rand compressors have a 10% voltage tolerance. As a reminder, per our Return policy, compressors are a non-returnable item – ensuring voltage is a critical component to purchase.

For in-stock items, typical lead times are about 3 to 5 business days. Made to Order items show lead times on each individual product page and should ship within that timeframe. If there are any delays, those will be communicated to you. If you have any questions about lead times, feel free to contact our support team by filling out this form.
